checking out
The make member of staff in the bar made us feel like an inconvenience was not pleasant or attentive in anyway shape or form. The resturant staff ( the girls) were much more pleasant although the resturant prices were exceptionally overpriced and food was not too great. Hotel room wasnt clean in fact a dirty towel was in the bathroom when we arrived and we had paid for breakfast and was given a hard croissant, glass of juice and coffee or should I say plonked on the table by the male bar man who resembled and acted like Norman Bates! there is nothing around this hotel only streets and streets of apartements and of course the beach across the road..which we wouldnt use in Winter

Had a very relaxing stay in September, everything was well-maintained. The staff was patient and best and the food was appetising. I liked queen room with a fridge. The hotel's location was particularly good, right by the marina and beach as well as other bars and restaurants, fine restaurant and the tennis court.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the seafront, and across from the marina, making it perfect for pleasant strolls and enjoying the scenery. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, with a basic but plentiful breakfast. Toaster provided.
No negative aspect to mention.

Relaxed atmosphere. Right by the beach. Good pool. One of the staff stood out as being far better than the others and the Manager was a pleasant and cheerful man. Flexible and easy going. Room was plenty big and had a little gated private patio which was a nice touch.
Air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. Bar staff were very dour. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Some signs of why it was 2 instead of 3 star were little things like cracked wash hand basin in bathroom but hotel was clean. Restaurant too expensive. Despite these issues we had a very pleasant stay.

Ground floor rooms. Very comfortable. Nice location opposite marina but very limited choice of restuarants in area.
Difficult to locate. Continental breakfast only with limited choice and they tried to charge for extra coffees! Restuarant at this hotel pricey and not used by residents. Had to go into Port Canet to find restuarants.

Perfect for a quick Christmas vacay! the food was exceptional, and the staff was extremely accommodating. We loved the proximity to the sea and the charming attached cafe with friendly service. the pool was lovely and the rooms were comfortable with outside terraces. One of the best aspects was the location, which provided easy access to nearby attractions. excellent value for money.
Our non-smoking room had a strong cigarette odor, and the bed was way too soft, which resulted in an uncomfortable night's sleep. the advertised sea view was not available from any of the rooms.

This hotel offers great value for money, as the prices are quite reasonable for what you get. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that have their own private terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. The location is perfect, right in front of the sea, and you can take pleasant strolls along the promenade. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.
All was fine, no complaints.
